I would think people would be 'wow'ed by the simple fact that you cooked a cake in the microwave in under 15 minutes! That fact is what sells the item you bake it in....be it the RC, DCB, or the Stone Fluted pans. I don't have a RC, but I do mine in the Fluted- so you get the 'wow', the quickness, and a really pretty shaped cake too!cwinter474 said:Love the idea of the higher priced demo, but do you get the same WOW affect by not turning it over?
Yes, you can turn the Molten Lava Cake out of the rice cooker. It is recommended to let the cake cool for a few minutes after cooking to help it release more easily from the cooker.
If the cake sticks, try running a plastic spatula around the edges to loosen it. You can also lightly grease the rice cooker pot before pouring in the batter to help prevent sticking.
Let the cake cool in the rice cooker for about 5 to 10 minutes. This cooling time helps the cake set and makes it easier to turn out without breaking.
Yes, you can use different recipes for Molten Lava Cake in the rice cooker. Just ensure the cooking time is adjusted accordingly, as rice cookers may vary in their cooking capabilities.
While it's not strictly necessary, using a liner or parchment paper can help with easy removal and cleanup. It can also prevent sticking, ensuring a smoother release when turning out the cake.
