Is there a way to track incentive shipments to us? I got the email today confirming I earned the SS1 package.
 
I don't know. :( I wish there was a way to track the starter kit, too - I thought I'd have mine by now. :(
 
Sorry. They just show up! It's like Christmas though so just enjoy!
 
I could usually count on my SS bonuses coming the day after the show I earned the bonus is delievered. Congrats!

Jenniferp....you can call HO and talk to field services. They can give you the ship date. It is usually based on when you said your first show is. So if you ordered the kit but put a date for the end of Sept. then they won't ship it right away. I always have my new consultants put one of their 6 dates early so they can get the kit and start playing with it before their first official show.

When did you pick your first SS to be? Say you signed anytime after August 15th, but picked October as your first SS month. They won't ship your kit until Sept 1st. If you signed in August, but picked September as your first SS month, they'll ship it right away. I don't think it's based on when your soonest show is.

Call HO and tell them you want the tracking number for your SS1 package. Then go to www.ups.com and track it there. I have done that with every incentive package I earned. Make sure to ask if it is more than box and get the tracking number for each one. They can track it for you while you are talking to them, too. I always get th enumber, that way I can look each day to make sure it is on schedule.
