I have a couple items from PC that I have had for years and then were put in the dish washer and they melted. Can I replace them or do I just have to buy new ones? One is the grater from the cheese grater and then the other is my chopper(I am lost without it).

I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for contacting me with your Pampered Chef needs! The Food Chopper has a 5 year Warranty, and the Deluxe Cheese Grater, I am assuming that is the right one, has a 2 year warranty. Both should have been dishwasher safe, but if you have the reciept for them I see no reason in returning them. I can do that for you if you would like. If it has been MORE than the years on the warranty and/or you just want to buy new ones, I am having a Mystery Host show at my home on January 12th. If you are interested in attending or would like more information please contact me. R.S.V.P. by the 9th and you get a ticket into the raffle.
