My host bought the Square Grill Pan as her half-price item. She says it's just not what she was looking for. She wants to return it & purchase the 7 piece exec. cookware as a gift for her mother. (lucky mom) But she'll only get it if she can get it for 1/2 price. Can she do this? Exchange a half-price item and get a different item for half priced?
 
I don't see why not, but I would call HO and ask.
 
I would not see why not. she would just have to pay you the difference for them to take it out of your account. I would call HO about it though to know for SURE before you tell her anything. And see which is the best way to handle it since she will be paying a difference. She could call HO and do it herself and buy by credit/debit to take you out of the middle I would think.
 
Yes, i have processed a return like that for a host, and it was no problem. Just be prepared with the form of payment for the difference in price because the Solution Center will ask for that right away! :)

Yep, I've done it too. Be ready with a CC number of the host to pay for the difference.
