If I do any fundraiser shows that month, I suspect they will be regular fundraisers for Relay for Life and not Help Whip Cancer.
The fact that they do not let us count HWC shows as fundraisers for Relay (even though it is an ACS fundraiser) really steams me.
HWC Bookings, or Helping Whip Cancer Bookings, is a special initiative by Pampered Chef that encourages hosts to organize cooking shows with the goal of raising funds for cancer awareness and research. A portion of the sales from these events is donated to organizations that support cancer patients and research.
When you host a Pampered Chef party as part of the HWC initiative, a percentage of the sales generated during the event is donated to the Whip Cancer campaign. This means that by simply hosting a cooking show and sharing Pampered Chef products, you can help raise funds for cancer-related causes.
Yes! Anyone can host a Pampered Chef party to support the HWC initiative. You don’t need to be a consultant to host a party; you just need to connect with a Pampered Chef consultant who can help you organize the event and ensure that the proceeds go towards the Whip Cancer campaign.
HWC Bookings can be held in various formats, including in-home cooking shows, virtual parties, or fundraisers. Regardless of the format, the goal remains the same: to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and support through Pampered Chef sales.
To maximize donations from your HWC Booking, promote your event through social media, email invitations, and word-of-mouth. Share your personal connection to the cause, encourage guests to invite friends, and consider offering incentives for higher sales, such as raffles or giveaways. Engaging your network can significantly increase participation and donations.
