Can Former Consultant Receive New Consultant Rewards/Promotions?

I mentioned in my other thread that a former consultant is thinking of signing up again. Is she eligible for the new consultant promotions or the new consultant rewards programs?

Also, do I still get the 2000 points if she signs under me?

yes, yes, yes.
As long as she's been inactive for a year or more, then when she signs it will be just the same as you signing a brand new person. She'll get the new kit, the new consultant rewards, whatever recruiting incentive. You'll get the 2000 points when she qualifies.
