Can a non Pampered Chef consultant buy products and put a basket together with other items and sell it?

I don't see why not. She just couldn't advertise herself to be a consultant, and the products would not be under a guarantee, unless the person doing so would pass on the purchase information to the buyer of the basket.

Don't know if this would work, but your customer could offer a basket with a gift certificate from you that the basket winner/purchaser could redeem and thus be assured of having the warranty info/access.
