Chris Manion forwarded it to us. It was the handout Barbara Duke used at Exec Seminar this year. Hope it helps!

Sometimes when I get stressed I just go outside if its a nice day. We live in a rural subdivision and its very soothing and relaxing to take a walk around our yard or do some light weed pulling or yard work. The breeze, the sun, the birds chirping..... ahhhhh.

we have a screen room and just to take a book out there and kick my feet up... it relieves so much tension. Or if I am stressing out about work or P3 I just take my laptop outside and it all seems a lot easier!

Some people get depressed in winter due to lack of sun exposure on the skin.

I hate the cold. In the winter you will NOT find me outdoors. I want to move to someplace warmer.

We just recently moved into a house that has a screened porch. We never had a screened porch growing up as both DH and I are from Southern California.
Anyway...we lOVE this porch. We sit out there, light some candles and have a drink. I will be so sad when it is to cold to sit out there!
