Hi everyone!

I would love to recruit someone and have a great person in mind but she will not return emails or phone calls. I guess I need to get the "hint."

I just do not know how to get that recruit excited about PC!! Any suggestions that have worked for you guys??

Move on... Statistically only 1 out of 10 leads will actually sign. While you make think she's it, she may not be the one. Just talk with everyone!

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that the person you have in mind is not responding to your attempts to recruit them. It can be frustrating when someone doesn't seem interested in something that we are passionate about. One suggestion would be to try and find out why they are not responding. Is there a specific reason or concern they have about joining? Perhaps you can address those concerns and try to get them excited about the opportunity. Another idea is to share your own personal experiences and success with PC. Hearing about someone's genuine enthusiasm and success can be contagious and may pique their interest. You could also try reaching out to them in a different way, such as through social media or in person if possible. Sometimes a change in communication method can make a difference. Ultimately, it's important to respect their decision if they are not interested. However, don't be afraid to keep trying and be persistent. You never know, they may change their mind in the future. Good luck!
