All the little kids kept going up to it and sticking their dirty fingers in it, licking their fingers, putting it back in, etc. YUCK! I don't know why their parents didn't notice! Anyway, it's really nice, fun, etc. But Jolene is right, it does take a lot of chocolate. For a huge event I think it's great, but smaller crowds, stick to a fondue pot or something.

These are fun, but are you really going to use it daily or weekly? Clean up is a pain and my friend got one and uses the melting choc for it from a store that you buy the disks for lollipops etc. Anyway - unless you are a huge choc eater, I would shop around and maybe get her something else - personally not my cup of tea.

The best chocolate fountain from Pampered Chef is the Chocolate Fondue Set. It features a tiered design that allows for a beautiful presentation and is easy to use, making it perfect for parties and gatherings.
Some great accessories for your chocolate fountain include dipping skewers, fondue forks, and a variety of dipping items like fruits, marshmallows, and pretzels. Pampered Chef also offers serving trays and bowls that complement the fountain beautifully.
While you can use various types of chocolate, it is recommended to use chocolate specifically designed for fountains, such as melting chocolate or chocolate wafers. These types have the right consistency for flowing smoothly through the fountain.
Cleaning the chocolate fountain is straightforward. Allow the fountain to cool down, then disassemble the parts. Wash the removable components in warm, soapy water, and wipe down the base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembling.
Yes, the Pampered Chef chocolate fountain is suitable for large gatherings. Its design allows for a generous amount of chocolate, making it ideal for parties, weddings, and other events where guests can enjoy dipping their favorite treats.
