Baking in a Bowl: Cooling on Rack or In Bowl?

In summary, it is possible to cool baked goods in the bowl they were baked in, but it is recommended to transfer them onto a cooling rack for better air circulation. Whether or not you need to grease the bowl before baking depends on the recipe and type of bowl. It is best to use oven-safe, heat-resistant bowls for baking, such as glass, ceramic, or metal. The cooling time for baked goods may vary, but it is generally recommended to let them cool for at least 10-15 minutes before removing them from the bowl. Using a cooling rack inside the bowl can make for easier removal of the baked goods.

i am baking a cake in batter bowl, do i leave it in bowl to cool? or take it out of bowl and cool on cooling rack?

I had a question about this too - how do you prepare the bowl? Non-stick spray, grease, flour? Hopefully someone can help us out. Thanks!

I have left mine in the bowl to cool and I have used the kitchen spritzer and sprayed it then put flour and coated the sides good luck with your cakes
