How do I attach a file to a new thread?

On the post page, under the additional options section there is a button called Manage Attachments. Press that and you will have to browse for the file like you would if you were attaching to an email, etc.

To attach a file to a new thread, you will need to click on the "Attach file" button located below the text box where you type your thread. This will open a window where you can select the file from your computer and upload it. Once the file is uploaded, you can add a description or title for the file if needed.
