Hey - I'm just wondering if there's something going on at HO with credit cards. I have a declined one every once in a while, but the 2 orders that I "automatically" pulled in from my PWS managed to come back as declined. But the 2 payments that I manually entered in with cc#'s are just fine. Just make me wonder if something isn't up???

I thought maybe it was because of the customer's bank or something but now I'm not so sure.I haven't had any issues with credit cards, but I have had issues with shipping addresses. I have had two orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address and they both went through as declined payments. In both cases, the customers called to let me know that they were placed on hold until they could verify the shipping and billing addresses. They said it was a Mastercard security thing. I don't know, but I had to call HO to get the payment information so I could ship the orders.I've had a few orders recently where the customer entered in the wrong CVV code, making the payment decline. The odd thing is, they didn't even notice their mistake. It wasn't until I contacted them about their order that they realized what happened. So, if you're doing manual entry, make sure you're entering the correct CVV code.Have something to add?
