The only thing...I may have to make a cover for the peeling blade when I transport it. I have cut myself 2X.(once through my fingernail!!)Yes I am that talented...lol!
Anyway, one of my hosts just asked me to do a recipe that she used to do....she is a former PC consultant....that has potatoes, cheese and onion(?).
Anyone have a clue of what this is?

A/P/C/S stands for "All-Purpose Cooking Spray." It is a versatile cooking spray used to prevent food from sticking to cookware and bakeware, making it easier to cook and clean up.
Yes, A/P/C/S is ideal for baking as it helps ensure that cakes, muffins, and other baked goods do not stick to the pans. It can be used on various bakeware materials, including metal, glass, and silicone.
Absolutely! A/P/C/S can also be used for greasing griddles, preventing sticking on grilling surfaces, and even for non-food applications like lubricating squeaky hinges or preventing rust on tools.
A/P/C/S is generally safe for most types of cookware, including non-stick, stainless steel, and cast iron. However, it is always recommended to check the manufacturer's guidelines for specific cookware to ensure compatibility.
A/P/C/S should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This helps maintain its effectiveness and prevents the can from becoming damaged or leaking.
