I am planning on cooking 3 different chicken breasts in three different rubs. I will have ready a caesar salad, a pasta dish and maybe a pizza to go on the grill, all waiting for chicken from my grill pan. :D

I also use olive oil and have never had a problem with smoke. I also put the oil on the chicken, not the pan, but that doesn't appear to the problem either. I'm guessing your pan is too hot.
My buisness has gone COLD. I only have a couple leads for new shows. My last two shows have BOMBED.

I'm going to guess there is a big difference between cooking a whole frozen chicken and a couple frozen chicken breasts.
