Resigning Consultants: Reassignment in New Policy Explained

In summary, to resign from Pampered Chef, you should submit a resignation letter and have a conversation with your supervisor. It is best to give at least two weeks' notice and you will be paid for any unused vacation or sick time. If you are on a leave of absence, it is important to discuss your resignation with HR or your supervisor. Your benefits will typically end on your last day of work, but you may be eligible for COBRA continuation coverage for health insurance and your retirement savings will remain with the plan until you withdraw or transfer them.

I have a question. In the new policy, if one of my Cosultants downline resigns, who will all of her consultants be reassigned to? My consultant? Thanks.

To the next person above them.

Yes. If you have someone in your 2nd line who lets her 6 months expire or resigns, her recruits (your 3rd line) would move up to the next consultant in their upline (your 1st line).

That's what I thought but just wanted to make sure!!!

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out with your question. According to the new policy, if one of your Consultants in your downline resigns, their consultants will be reassigned to their immediate upline. In this case, that would be you as their consultant. I hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy cooking!
