What is cooker: Definition and 200 Discussions

I have the copy of the recipes for the rice cooker and a guest/host asked me about the quick rice pudding. In the version(s) I have, there is no liquid listed in the recipe. Is this correct?:confused:

Anyone ever tried or think it might work? I have a guest that emailed me to ask. I would think it could be cooked, but would worry it would come out overcooked/chewy. Any ideas?

When I make cakes in the rice cooker do I use the clear insert? Or do I remove it first?? I love making cakes in the rice cooker but I am not sure I have been doing it the right way.

Can I assemble everything tonight in my slow cooker (meat, potatoes, carrots, celery), keep it in the refrigerator and cook it in the AM? Or should I just turn it on tonight?

I'm doing a fajita demo on Oct 1st for someone who I"m not quite sure the DCB is going to fit her micro, if it it does, it will be TIGHT..I was thinking of possibly attempting the fajitas in the rice cooker instead, has anyone ever tried this? Would you recommend it?

I bought the small micro cooker for my niece as one of her graduation presents. The orders arrived today. The small micro cooker is a lot smaller than I thought it was. Will a pack of ramen noodles fit in it? Or should I exchange it for the larger one ?
