I have a host who has an allergy to soy, so I am wondering what to suggest that I demo at her show. Soy is in almost everything we eat so I feel rather limited. Any suggestions?

LOVE IT! I've used it for all the ways that have been mentioned plus I love it for mixing up batters that might be too thick for our SS Whisk. I was skeptical when it came out but it is now one of my new best friends.
