I don't do it by hand - I've got a spreadsheet. All I do is type in the recipe name, calories, fat and fiber and it does the rest. It takes the longest to type in the recipe names.

thank you so much Ann! We are doing WW at work and these will really help me sell the cookbooks in Sept!

Thank you Ann!! How do you have the cookbook already?

So, based purely on points, I predict that the best-tasting recipe in this book will be the Gremolata Steak with Mascarpone Potatoes. :D

Although the Hot & Sour Soup (my favorite at the Thai restaurant) will be a good dinner with a big salad and a piece of grilled chicken.

How do we get our free cookbook?

What free cookbook, Melissa?

The 29-minute cookbook is free to consultants who earned level 1 of the June sellathon ($1500 personal June sales). It will also be given as part of the kit to new consultants who sign between Aug. 13 and Sept. 17. Those are the only 2 ways to get it free.

WW Points for 29 Minutes CookbookThanks so much, Ann! That's wonderful to know and share!
