I came back from conference geared to earn money and help other people! I had a light bulb moment thinking back to a host last week who had to reschedule because she lost her job. Duh! So after taking Top Recruiters Tell All (with our very own Kris) and Great Recruiting Interviews I made the call tonight and she agreed to meet me on Wednesday! Yah!

Great job! Good luck with the interview and be sure to keep us posted!

I was supposed to follow up with her after conference to reschedule her show. She had to reschedule since she lost her job but I didn't think about it at the time. I told her that I had been in Chicago and when they started talking about the great new incentive, she was the first person I thought of and if she had time to sit down and talk. That's about it!

Good luck I also used a reschedule for a recruit lead... She is comming to our cluster mtg on Wednesday so wish me luck.............

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my first recruiting interview guarantee my success in Pampered Chef?

No, while a successful recruiting interview can set a positive tone for your journey, it does not guarantee success. Success in Pampered Chef depends on various factors, including your commitment, effort, and ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

What should I prepare for my first recruiting interview?

Prepare by researching Pampered Chef's products, values, and business model. Have a clear understanding of your personal goals and how they align with the opportunity. Be ready to discuss your experiences and how they can contribute to your success in the business.

How can I assess if the recruiting interview went well?

Indicators of a successful recruiting interview include a positive rapport with the recruiter, clear communication about the business opportunity, and a sense of excitement about the potential. If you feel informed and motivated to take the next steps, it’s a good sign.

What if I feel nervous during my first recruiting interview?

Nervousness is normal, especially in a new situation. Focus on being yourself and expressing your genuine interest in the opportunity. Preparation can help ease nerves, and remember that the recruiter is there to support you and answer your questions.

Can I still succeed if I don’t have prior sales experience?
