So my new recruit tried to sign up last night - apparently her agreement didn't go through. Because we no longer get notification when it does go through, I didn't know that it wasn't showing as submitted. We're going to complete it today, but yesterday was the last day for conference 3 attendees to get the extra PC$ - and I really needed them! I'm happy I'm gonna be a senior consultant, but the extra PC$ would've been great!!!

Okay, done venting now.

I think it's STUPID that we don't get notified anymore...how did she know it didn't go through?

Sorry to hear you missed the deadline...congrats on being a sr though!

She doesn't know yet. I just called HO to double check and ask when it would show up on Consultant Connection, and they said they show it as incomplete. :-(

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't companies notify when agreements are successfully submitted?

Many companies may not send notifications upon successful submission of agreements due to automated systems that prioritize processing over communication. They may assume that the submission confirmation is implied once the agreement is received.

Is it common for companies to not provide confirmation of agreement submissions?

Yes, it is relatively common for companies, especially in direct sales, to not provide explicit confirmation. This can be due to high volumes of submissions and the desire to streamline processes, which can lead to a lack of personalized communication.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation after submitting an agreement?

If you do not receive a confirmation, it is advisable to follow up with the company’s customer service or support team. They can verify whether your agreement was received and provide any necessary updates.

Are there any benefits to companies not notifying about successful submissions?

One potential benefit is efficiency; by reducing the number of notifications sent, companies can focus on processing agreements faster. Additionally, it can help minimize the administrative burden on staff, allowing them to allocate resources to other areas.

How can I ensure my agreement is submitted successfully?

To ensure your agreement is submitted successfully, double-check that all required fields are filled out correctly before submission. Additionally, keep a copy of your submission and any confirmation emails or receipts for your records, and consider following up with the company if you have concerns.
