[*]page one of the show planner (I cut off the second page because it is excess information) I have a sticker on front of the planner that lists their website password

I have never thought to cut the show planner apart, I am going to start doing that.

No Answers!I hate that too and ran into it alot in the first three years. Then I got a good tip from a conference attendee.

Make one last call two nights before the party. You should already have an address as to where this show is going to be. Simply go to Yahoo Maps and get directions. (You'll see why soon.)
Then, after all the no call backs from your host, simply call two days before the show. You simply state this. "Just wanted to let you knwo that I willa rrive at your home at 6 p.m. to give me enough time to set up. I already have directions and I picked a great recipe for our party. So I will see you then."
You would be amazed at how fast that call comes back.
So if you want to reschedule, do this two weeks in advance of the show. This may give yout he cahnce you need to reschedule for that night.

I gotta also say this, you want a show to stick a little in the minds of your host's guests? Make sure to mention that one of the resons you do Pampered Chef is to supplement your income or it is your major income. If they hear this, it may stick and make it harder for them to cancel knowing it is your income they may be messing with. Can't hurt to make them know this.

I tried that in September! SHE STILL DIDN"T CALL ME!!! I would've follow through, but it was an hour and a half drive one way. So, I guess she knew that I wouldn't drive that far without hearing from her.

I just don't understand what it takes to get people to host a show. The PC benefits are the best but then you try to throw in an added incentive and they still don't follow through. I can't afford to offer everyone a free 7 piece EC set for hosting a show (and I don't) but sometimes I feel that is what they expect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do my party dates keep getting canceled?

Party dates can get canceled for various reasons, including scheduling conflicts, lack of interest, or unforeseen circumstances. To minimize cancellations, ensure you communicate clearly with your hosts about the importance of their commitment and the benefits of hosting a party. Additionally, consider offering flexible scheduling options and reminders as the date approaches.

How can I increase my party bookings?

To increase party bookings, focus on building relationships with potential hosts. Share the benefits of hosting a Pampered Chef party, such as free products and exclusive discounts. Utilize social media to showcase your products and past successful parties, and consider offering incentives for bookings, like a special gift for hosts who schedule a party.

What are some effective ways to follow up with potential hosts?

Effective follow-up can make a significant difference in securing party bookings. After your initial conversation, send a friendly reminder via text or email. Personalize your message by referencing something specific you discussed. You can also share a success story or a special promotion to encourage them to book a date.

How do I handle objections from potential hosts?

When faced with objections, listen carefully to the concerns of potential hosts and validate their feelings. Provide solutions to their objections, such as offering flexible party formats (like virtual parties) or addressing time constraints by suggesting shorter parties. Highlight the fun and social aspects of hosting to help overcome their hesitations.

What should I do if I have multiple bookings on the same date?

If you find yourself with multiple bookings on the same date, prioritize based on the commitment level of each host. Communicate with them to see if they are flexible with their dates. If necessary, consider offering an alternative date or time for one of the parties. Always maintain transparency and keep the lines of communication open to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
