pamperedlinda said:I think we only got the additional points last year if we recruited and went to SL, didn't we? We didn't get them just for going.
Becca_in_MD said:Since there was nothing said about any promotions except for the "2 shows/month" that we knew was coming, my fingers are still crossed that there will be something extra for Launch attendees. Hopefully at least a recruiting extra for attendees. Or maybe they decided the focus should be on giving the extra products to attendees and that's it. I had really wanted to find out the Feb. recruiting promo.
cincychef said:ME too! I wonder if they didn't announce it because there is still time for Jan and earning the I pad promo?
The decision to exclude trip points from this year's Spring Survey is based on a strategic shift in how we evaluate and reward our consultants. We are focusing on different metrics that align more closely with our current business goals.
This year, we are emphasizing sales performance, customer engagement, and team growth as key metrics. These factors are believed to provide a more comprehensive view of a consultant's success and contributions.
While trip points are not included in this year's survey, we are continually assessing our incentive programs. Future surveys may reintroduce trip points if they align with our overall objectives and consultant feedback.
Consultants can still earn rewards through sales incentives, promotions, and recognition programs that focus on performance and team-building activities. Stay engaged with your team and participate in company events to maximize your rewards.
