If we earned it, when do we get it? I tried looking on the website, but I couldn't find anything.

It should have come with either your SAT or your Changeover kit....HTH

or possibly with your first supply order, if you earned it. I got it with my SAT products or director box, can't remember which

Is the trivet no longer free with the first supply order?

Nope. If you didn't earn it with 1 show in July by the 11th you can order it on a supply order for $11 or on a personal order for $10.40 (consultant 20% discount). Choose your best deal - if you're ordering other supplies that 60c will be worth not paying the extra shipping.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case when I saw the $11 on the supply order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find information about my payment schedule?

You can find information about your payment schedule by logging into your Pampered Chef Consultant account. Navigate to the 'Reports' section, where you will see details about your earnings and upcoming payments. Additionally, you can refer to the Pampered Chef Consultant Handbook for specific payment timelines.

When can I expect to receive my commission payments?

Commission payments are typically processed on a monthly basis. You can expect to receive your earnings approximately 15 days after the end of the month in which the sales were made. For example, sales made in January will be paid out around mid-February.

What should I do if my payment is late?

If your payment is late, first check your Consultant account to ensure that your earnings have been processed. If everything appears correct but you still have not received your payment, contact Pampered Chef's support team for assistance. They can provide you with information regarding any potential issues with your payment.

How are my earnings calculated?

Your earnings are calculated based on the sales you generate, which include commissions from product sales and any bonuses you may qualify for. The commission rate can vary depending on your sales volume and rank within the company. You can view a detailed breakdown of your earnings in the 'Reports' section of your Consultant account.

Are there any fees that could affect my payment?
