iteachurkid said:Ok, my meeting is tomorrow night and I have nothing, nada, zippo...I have had one of the busiest weeks I can remember and I still need to straighten, vacuum and dust in the 1 and a half hours I have between when I get home tomorrow and when people get here. Oh and did I mention...I NEED TO PLAN A WHOLE MEETING!!! I'm stressed a lot. My meetings are small (I think I have three coming tomorrow night), so break off into group things really don't work. I may try guesstures...just need to make the cards I guess. Maybe I'll find some magazines and we can make a dream board. Anyone else have any ideas? I need them to be excited, but I'm so tired and stressed right now, it's hard for me to be. Somebody, anybody, help me get motivated!!!

Consider hosting your September Meeting at a local community center, a member's home, or a coffee shop with a private meeting area. These venues often provide a comfortable atmosphere and can accommodate various group sizes.
It depends on your team's preferences and comfort levels. In-person meetings can foster better connections and engagement, while virtual meetings offer convenience and flexibility for those who may not be able to travel.
When selecting a location, check for accessibility features such as ramps, parking, and public transportation options. It's also helpful to ask team members if they have any specific accessibility needs to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
Consider the size of your group, the availability of necessary equipment (like projectors or Wi-Fi), and the overall atmosphere of the space. Additionally, think about the cost and whether the venue aligns with your meeting's purpose and goals.
Yes, rotating meeting locations can keep things fresh and engaging. It allows different team members to showcase their homes or favorite spots, fostering a sense of community and involvement within the group.
