That's a great idea! That way you can cancel the days you don't need to take off, but you can keep the conference days PLUS a day or 2 after conference to implement your conference plans! :D AND CATCH UP ON SOME SLEEP!:p
 
Glad you ladies liked that idea. Sometimes it just takes a different way of looking at things to come up with a solution. That's why this board is so great - lots of people willing to help, who all think differently (some of us, quite twisted). :)

Say, would anyone here want to get buttons for leadership or conference to identify each other? I can (sometime this weekend) create something on Cafe Press that has a chef's hat and "Chef Success" with a place for people to write on their ID with a marker. But I don't want to spend the time to do it if there's no interest. What do you say? Want to have an easy way to identify each other?
 
We talked a little about this before last conference but never actually go to do anything except the hotel room door signs that KG created.

I think it would be great. We could all send you $ for it.

Dates are listed in Nov. CN. If you log onto PC and go to Oct. CN, click on the address line and change 06oct to 06nov and you will see the Nov. CN. The dates are listed at the end and also lists the Executive Directors and which dates your conference is. I am Wave 2

Wave Three for me! But, this means DH is going to have to take more vacation days... His company is on shutdown until the 15th. The Thur, Fri and Sat conferences work much better for the Ballard family:)

Hey, I made up some stickers to put on our badges for conference, and I used mine.

But it looks like I will be in wave 1, that is if I can make it 2 years in a row was pushing it.
 
Wave 1 for me. This is the first time I have been in Wave 1.

Last year was so funny. I was in the restroom at Giordanni's restaurant and there were other Pampered Chef Consultants in there. Laughing, one of them asked, "Are you a Cheffer?" Of course I got to answer yes. Then I met another Cheffer on one of the buses.

You just never know when one of us will show up!

Wave Three...third year in a rowWe are in Wave 3 for the third year in a row! Looks like we're in a much different group though. It's been basically the same people the last two years...which I'm not complaining about, but part of the reason I go is to meet new people!

All that being said, I don't know if I'll be going. Baby #4 is due March 14, and I really don't want to bring the whole family with me!!!! Way to expensive! :eek:

I'm definitely planning on Leadership 2008, but that's a long ways away!

Wave 3 for me this year. That really stinks after being in Wave 1 two years in a row.
 
I would be in Wave 2, but I'll be home with a newborn stuck to me- I'm glad that I am not in a wave with a ton of Cheffer's because then I would feel REALLY sad!!
