I know there is a lot of walking, but is it walking inside or outside?

Also, I'm on HO tour #1 wave 2. I am staying at the Chicago Hilton. What time should I plan on leaving the hotel to get to the conference site? I am assuming that there will be a shuttle for us.

I'll let you know if I have more questions. I am leaving bright and early tomorrow morning. :)

The conference walking is all indoors. But you may also CHOOSE to do some walking outdoors in the city - there is GREAT shopping!! Um...I don't remember the time frames for getting to the conference center...i think they had signs up at the hotel letting us know what tiem sshuttles ran and what time to be there.

I too am new and staying at the hilton and office tour #1. I was told we would have to taxi at 6:30am.

I was told by my director that there is a shuttle at 6:15, because we are suppose to be regestered at 6:30, and on the bus @ 6:45. I am at the Sheraton, and this is my first conference I am just going by what the directors say!:)

I'm at the Sheraton too. My Director said to just wait til we get there and ask - there will be people to direct us. Man, 6:15 is going to come much too early!!!! :(

Good then we can go over together, I am debating if I want to work out before the tour or not, I won't be sleeping much, might as well burn some calories!
