the rest of the gift's you ladies give out are great! I'm still with out bus. cards and end up handing out catalog's instead, which is adding up! I wish my director gave something, i didn't even recieve an email! ~tiffanyp
Consider personalized items such as engraved kitchen tools, custom aprons, or a cookbook featuring recipes using Pampered Chef products. These gifts show appreciation and can also inspire creativity in their cooking.
A mix of both is ideal! Practical gifts like kitchen gadgets or organizers can help them in their business, while fun gifts like themed mugs or holiday treats can add a personal touch and show you care about their enjoyment as well.
You can create gift baskets featuring a selection of Pampered Chef products, such as seasonings, utensils, or baking tools. This not only supports your business but also provides your recruits with useful items they can use or showcase in their own sales.
Consider making homemade gifts, such as baked goods or DIY spice mixes, packaged in Pampered Chef containers. This personal touch can be very meaningful and cost-effective while still showing your appreciation.
Include a handwritten note expressing your gratitude and highlighting their achievements throughout the year. Personalizing each gift with a message can make a significant impact and strengthen your relationship with your recruits.
