I've always done it in the regular loaf pan.

I'm thinking you could do it in the 12 cup muffin pan. Or in the square baker (like cornbread).

I've also done it in the MMP when I'm doing it for sampling purposes.

Great ideas! I should order some the next time I do a supply order. I haven't had ours in a long, long time! I keep on forgetting about it but encourage customers to purchase it from us and not TS.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of pan is best for baking beer bread?

The best type of pan for baking beer bread is a loaf pan, preferably made of metal or stoneware. Metal pans provide even heat distribution, while stoneware retains heat well, giving a nice crust to the bread.

Can I use a baking stone for beer bread?

Yes, you can use a baking stone for beer bread. A baking stone helps to create a crispy crust by absorbing moisture and distributing heat evenly. Just make sure to preheat the stone before placing the bread on it.

Is a cast iron skillet suitable for baking beer bread?

Absolutely! A cast iron skillet is an excellent option for baking beer bread. It retains heat very well and can give your bread a beautiful crust. Just be sure to grease it properly to prevent sticking.

Should I use a non-stick pan for beer bread?
