I am planning on handing out the DVD, the new brochure and an unpopped bag of microwave popcorn. Maybe put in a little note that they should take a few minutes to pop the corn and sit down and enjoy the show while thinking about the business.
Kind of a a little movie night thing?
I think potential recruits - if I can find any - would really like watching it!

A recruit packet is a collection of materials provided to potential recruits in a direct sales business, such as Pampered Chef. It typically includes information about the company, the products, the opportunity to join, and the benefits of becoming a consultant.
A recruit packet should include a welcome letter, a brochure about the company and its products, a compensation plan overview, testimonials from current consultants, and details about training and support available to new recruits.
You can personalize a recruit packet by adding a handwritten note, including specific information about how the opportunity aligns with the potential recruit's interests, and tailoring the materials to reflect their needs and goals.
Yes, many consultants create digital recruit packets that can be sent via email or shared through social media. These can include PDF versions of brochures, links to videos, and online resources that provide information about the business opportunity.
It's a good idea to update your recruit packet regularly, especially when there are new products, changes in the compensation plan, or updates to training resources. Keeping the information current ensures that potential recruits receive the most accurate and appealing information.
