What Can I Do With Pampered Chef and a New Housing Project?

Just wondering if there is anything I can offer to the realtor in charge of a new housing project... Beautiful kitchens in these brand-new homes, in this neighborhood-to-be, there's got to be something I can offer the sales people at their on-site office, for them or as gifts for the new residents... Anyone BTDT?
