This is something that I have learned to do since I started selling PC. I never used to write my goals down at all, and I have seen a huge difference since I started doing this. Yesterday I sat down and wrote my 2007 Goals for personal and biz.
I wrote these in my new journal, so I can see them everyday, along w/ a new budget, and because I am bad a cleaning schedule that I am trying to stick to.

Okay I just listened to a recorded tele class about planning for your golden treasures trip. I go back and listen to tele classes or relisten because I always seem to miss something, or something doesn't stick, & it always remotivates me to get my butt moving. A mini conference!!So one of her tips was to break your goals into monthly goals, & reward yourself along the way. For instance you can go out to dinner because you are at a certain point level by a certain date. So I have a sticky on my wall w/ REWARD YOURSELF ALONG THE WAY! I think we forget as lacy pointed out that it takes baby steps to get where we want to go. Nothing will fall in our laps we need to work on it, and for it.Just some more blabbering!

Ok - here are some of mine...
*Get better at coaching my hostesses
*Be more consistent at coaching my downline
*Set office hours so that my family-time will not be interrupted by business calls
* Do at least 6-8 shows a month
*Earn Level 3 of next year's trip
*Earn TPC in TWO categories
*Get my new recruits qualified
*Recruit & qualify 10 more people before July

...oh, and get my pretty little star filled in ;)

...and to switch from doing two recipes to doing one...

Good idea!
~Book 8 shows a month (hold at least 6)
~Keep recruiting and promote to director!
~2000 in sales every month at least
~Earn a TRIP Level 3 (earned level 1 this year! woo-hoo)
~Earn all incentives at some level
~Going to conference WAVE 3!
~Feel more like a business woman and less like a chicken with her head cut off!
~Keep and mainain a PC business/ home business balance
~Keep having a blast!

Related to baby steps- I can actually hear Belinda's voice in my head when I say this!!

"What am I going to do TODAY that will help me get to my goal??"

Okay Gil, I need to add that to my list I want to start getting her cd's but the cash is not there yet. Although I get to go see her next week in Sac, and my exec dir says that it's all new stuff so it won't be the exact same stuff she talked about at conference (which would still be fine). Sometimes it takes a few times for things to stick!!

~Get on that PHONE
~Increase Sales by $10k this year
~Purchase Belindas CDs
~Start Recruiting

Declutter home, a little too much extra furniture.
Reorganizing time schedule for PC.
Downsizings to smaller work area in order to reduce clutter and distractions.
Update website weekly.
Improve customer contacts.
Use all phases of Pampered Partner.
Reach $15,000 career sales.
