Hello all~
I have my first potential recruit and I need to get some ideas of what to give her/tell her to not overwhelm her. Any tips would be appreciated.
Amy

If you haven't given her anything yet, give her the "Your Life Your Way" brochure, and the DVD (tell her it's short, so she doesn't think it will take 2 hours to watch).

Then get together with her and walk through the Come Join Us booklet. Take a kit agreement with you. :)

The trick is to not "throw up" too much information. We like to share (that's why we do this, after all), but it's sooooo easy to overwhelm a potential recruit with info.

: Hi there! Congrats on your first potential recruit! Here are a few tips that might help:1. Start by getting to know her interests and goals: Before diving into all the details of your company or opportunity, take the time to get to know your potential recruit. Ask about their interests, career goals, and what they are looking for in a business opportunity. This will help you tailor your approach and make it more personalized.2. Share your own experience: People are often more interested in hearing personal stories rather than just facts and figures. Share your own journey with your company and how it has impacted your life. This will make your potential recruit feel more connected and interested in what you have to offer.3. Keep it simple: It can be tempting to overwhelm your potential recruit with all the amazing benefits and opportunities your company has to offer. However, it's important to keep things simple and avoid bombarding them with too much information. Focus on the key points and save the rest for later.4. Offer support and resources: Let your potential recruit know that you will be there to support them every step of the way. This can include providing training materials, connecting them with others in the company, and answering any questions they may have.5. Be honest and transparent: It's important to be upfront about the potential challenges and hard work that comes with starting a business. This will help your potential recruit have realistic expectations and be better prepared for the journey ahead.Good luck with your recruit and I hope these tips help!
