  I havent gotten my pc debit card in the mail yet either

Well everyone pray for me and hope I dont screw up!!:D Give me some good pointers and tell me about your first shows. (only good things though)

TIA
Cori

First off Congrats on getting your first show on the books!! Also, call PC HO Finances and ask them for your debit card number. All you need is the number to input in your P3.

Stay Calm and don't be too nervous. Remember, they're there to have a good time not nit pick on you!!!:D HAVE FUN!!:D

Good luck with your first show. I just received my card number today by calling.

Cori - call and get your number - you'll be fine! I just practically flooded my house the night before (don't recommend that) but made it through the show just fine and got LOTS of bookings...

Give yourself cues or an outline of what you want to talk about but don't lecture the crowd, if they know PC, let them sell the stuff to each other, get them talking about what they love and point out all the fun new spring stuff.

You'll do GREAT! ...give us an update tomorrow.
What time is your show?

its not until 7pm and its at my aunts house. She said there will be about 6 people there. Which is fine as long as it counts for a show.I made an outline And i color coded it so i knew what it was. Red is a fact about the product Orange is the name of a product and Blue is the recipe.
talk about a nerd huh

You will do great.....and no you're not a nerd for how you did your outline, I like that idea. And just remember even if you do forget something no one else will probably even notice. Just breathe and have FUN!

The main thing is to remain calm. Also, don't overpack. My first show was at a friend's house and I think I brought almost EVERY PC product I have ever owned, just to display and stuff. 6 trips to the car later, I vowed to never do that again!

Also, go with what you know. My first was booked so close to me being a consultant that I didn't have a lot of time to get familiar with stuff. It is ok if you have to flip through the catalog yourself or even say that you don't know the answer to their question but will find out and get back to them.

Most of all, have fun with it! Guests are like wild animals, they can smell fear! Don't be afraid to make a joke about yourself if something happens that shouldn't.

You'll be fine. After all, you've been getting suggestions from wonderful us! :D

You'll be in my thoughts.

This is SO exciting for you! We are all rooting and praying for you to relax, have fun and be blessed! Be honest and say that you are nervous and that will help. My recruiter told me to give the first person who arrived a gift from my prize box to hold...there were 19 at my first show... Every time I had to look to my notecards and someone saw me that person who noticed got to hold the gift... they got SO into watching me and waiting for me to look to my notes that it just became this big thing to laugh over and then they told me I wasn't looking at them often enough because they wanted more chances at the prize. It relaxed everyone, gave me the moment I needed to glance at my notes and just made all the difference... for me... it was a 700+ show and very encouraging ... I pray you leave your first show feeling just as encouraged... no matter what the sales outcome is! It's very clear you have done your prep work very well! Have Fun!

I have been looking for games all week and that is by far the best one I have heard all week. For my first show anyways. The only thing is, I dont have anything extra I made these little flyers for the left/right game Ill attach them They are so cute a little small. I was going to roll it up and tie a ribbon around it. But I like your game better Maybe the other one for my next show.

Got any spices at home? I made spice packets for guest prizes on my first show.

...or make slips for $1.00 off S/H...or a free Season's Best with your order...

Oh you guys are getting me excited. There are supposed to be about 12 people there. That is a good number right. I hope they like that pizza though its the only thing I can make and I think its kinda weird. Well I will definately be on soon after to tell you everything and probably ask a million questions.

If it is the Aloha pizza, my crowd devoured it!

Don't forgot to mention that if they like the recipe, it is in the Season's Best!!!!

Yep, add those $1 cookbooks to every order - upsell upsell upsell!
You'll do great!

Yup, 12 guests - $1 each added, could push your host to the next level! :)

Good luck! I can't wait to see how things went. My 1st show is in a few weeks!!

Go Cori - Cheering for you - HAVE A GREAT SHOW and I'll pop on later to see how you did! (or in the a.m. if you get home too late!)

Alright Cori, we're waiting to see how you did!!:D

I don't think the show is until 9:00 p.m. my time - 10:00 your time - we'll probably see VERY late or in the a.m.
