I could use some suggestions for conversation starters for my booth. I have never done this before and have a bridal expo next weekend and a holiday bazaar next month. I am not sure what to say to the passersby. Both of them will be a bit different, as one will be focusing on the registry and showers and the other will be just general. I don't want to mess this up!

The first thing we asked at our Fair Booth was, "Have you ever heard of PC?" Then if they said, "yes", we asked how long it had been since they had attended a Show. If it had been before the new catalog, that started the conversation. We also asked if they had ever hosted a Show before and showed them the October Host Specials. I haven't done a Bridal Show but I would think a good question would be, "Have you done any wedding registries yet?" I bet Laurie will have some good ideas! She had a great Bridal Show booth not too long ago!

For the general booth.. I have out the Mix n Chop.. I ask if they know what it is for.. they usually say they don't know and were wondering to start the conversation..
For the bridal booth. You could have copies of the wish list and have them fill out what they would like in their start up kitchen.. and then tell them you can show them how to build their kitchen
Sometimes I ask them if they are familiar with PC..as they walk by.
** those sound a little lame.. guess I need to get some sleep.. LOL
