I had a couple of flyers I was going to put out for folks to take as they'd like (a "Dear Santa" and a "Stocking stuffers under $8", plus my Pampered Package pamphlets.

But I'm having a hard time getting the paper to stand up! It curls forward (because it got curled out of the printer...I have a big small commercial style Brother).

I was wondering if anyone ran into this problem and how they may have solved it? I'm thinking I may put a recipe or something on the BACK of the flyers just to get the page to be run through the machine a second time to uncurl it or get it to curl BACKWARDs. But if I can save the ink, I would like to. Anyone else have this problem and figured out a quick way to make it work? My booth is Saturday.

I use acrylic photo displays I get at Wal-mart for a few bucks. The bend in a L-shape and hold the flyers well. I have also used foam board, taping and/or pinning the flyer to the board, then used a book end to hold it up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best materials to use for a flyer display?

For a professional-looking flyer display, use high-quality cardstock or glossy paper for the flyers. Additionally, consider using a sturdy display stand or holder to keep the flyers upright and easily visible. Clear plastic sleeves can also protect the flyers from damage while allowing them to be seen clearly.

How can I ensure my flyers are eye-catching?

To make your flyers stand out, use bold colors, engaging images, and clear, concise text. Incorporate your brand's colors and logo to maintain consistency. Use a catchy headline and bullet points to highlight key information, making it easy for viewers to grasp the main points quickly.

What should I do if my flyer display is not stable?

If your flyer display is unstable, check that the base is sturdy and that the display stand is on a flat surface. If necessary, add weight to the base or use adhesive putty to secure it to the surface. Ensure that the flyers are not too heavy for the display stand, as this can cause tipping.

How often should I update my flyer display?

It's a good practice to update your flyer display regularly, especially if there are new promotions, products, or events. Aim to refresh your flyers at least every month or whenever there is a significant change in your offerings. This keeps your display relevant and engaging for potential customers.

What should I do if my flyers get damaged during display?

If your flyers become damaged, replace them immediately to maintain a professional appearance. Keep extra copies on hand for quick replacements. To prevent future damage, consider using protective sleeves or laminating the flyers, especially if they will be displayed in high-traffic areas or exposed to the elements.
