I'm not sure, but how would I be able to tell? I submitted a show on Sunday and it still shows "Hold" on the shipment status screen. This is the first time that I have had a show sit for that long without being picked or shipped, so it makes me think something is wrong...is there?

Probably, that is what showed when I had a card denied. You will get an email stating that with instructions. But you can check yourself too. Through CC Under managing your business. My Shows and then resolving denied CC's. You can try and run it again to make sure it was not a typo but then call the person. I think it will also ask if you want to remove the order and submit or keep it open till it is resolved. Good Luck. The time I had it, it was my host and she insisted that it was a good card - but it kept being denied. She eventually gave me a new one. Mara

I did check on the Resolve Declined CC's and it says that there are no declined cards...

Then there is probably something else wrong with the show. You'll likely want to just call HO to find out what it is. Could be an incorrect item, or something simple. But you should have gotten an email , and would definitely see something online fairly quickly if it was related to a credit card.

I once had a show on hold for a declined card and was never notified, and it wasn't under my "declined cards" list either. It was a temporary glitch in the system- I would call them tomorrow and find out what the deal is, but don't write off credit card decline yet.
