I want to go to Conference but did not register. Is it too late?
 
Not at all. You can register on-site. Just get yourself in a room. Contact your upline to see if there's a space available with them. If not, look on here. There are several people looking to fill their rooms. Your best bet is to try to be in the same hotel as your upline.

Then figure out your transportation.
