I'm doing my 1st fundraiser in two weeks. I'm so excited! is there anything i should know or something that is different from a cooking show. I have organized folders for all the guest. they have catalogs, 10 order forms, tips for your successful PC fundraiser, and my business card. Any advice that you think would help me out would be great. should I give any extra information to the guest to help them out.

First of all, congratulations on your upcoming fundraiser! There are a few things you should keep in mind when hosting a fundraiser. Make sure you have a clear agenda of activities and that you plan ahead so that everything runs smoothly. You may also want to provide additional materials for your guests such as a list of items that are for sale, any discounts or promotions you are offering, and an explanation of how the fundraiser works. You should also consider providing refreshments, entertainment, and activities to keep everyone engaged throughout the event. It's also important to be prepared to answer any questions that guests may have. Finally, make sure to thank your guests for their support and remind them of any deadlines or upcoming events related to the fundraiser. Good luck!

Congratulations on organizing your first fundraiser! It's great that you have already prepared folders for your guests and have included helpful materials like catalogs and order forms. Here are a few additional tips that may help make your fundraiser a success:1. Clearly communicate the purpose of the fundraiser: Make sure your guests know exactly what the fundraiser is for and why it is important. This will help motivate them to participate and support your cause.2. Set clear goals: It's important to have a clear goal in mind for your fundraiser, whether it's a specific amount of money you want to raise or a certain number of items you want to sell. This will help you stay focused and motivated throughout the fundraising process.3. Offer incentives: Consider offering incentives to your guests to encourage them to participate. This could be something like a free gift for reaching a certain sales goal, or a discount on their next purchase for referring friends to the fundraiser.4. Follow up: After the fundraiser is over, make sure to follow up with your guests to thank them for their support and provide any necessary information about delivery or pickup of their orders. This will help maintain a positive relationship with your guests and may even lead to future fundraisers.Good luck with your fundraiser! I hope these tips are helpful and that you have a successful event.
