I was excited to receive my e-mail to download P3 today as a new consultant and have spent all day in consultant's corner and P3.

One thing that I have not been able to do that I am hoping someone can say whether or not it is possible is syncing the calender. Can the P3 Calendar be synced to an external calendar such as outlook or Google?

If not - how do those of you sync your Blackberries/G phones with your P3 calendar?

There is no way to sync the P3 calendar to any other calendar. If you want to do that, you have to copy the items manually to your other calendar.
 
Because of this, I don't use my P3 calendar. I bought Palm T2 off eBay, and use that to organize my contacts and calendar for CCC purposes. That way, I can always carry it with me, and pull up information if I have 5 or 10 minutes free.
