Chef Kearns said:Congratulations Linda!! That's awesome! How will this effect the way you close her show, I wonder? Or will you make it her first show?
pamperedlinda said:I gave her the orders. She was planning to use kit credit, but when I sat down with her after everyone left and showed her the math and what the commission was and she realized that she could be the host and consultant - she was sold! It wasn't a big show either - 3 guests, 2 bookings and $200 in sales (2 outside orders).
She is on a roll to - already downloaded p3, took the tutorial, started online training, opened her bank acct, applied for her debit card and direct deposit....all this before lunch today! I think I love her :love0010:

A successful Pampered Chef showing typically includes engaging product demonstrations, interactive cooking experiences, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's important to showcase a variety of products, encourage participation from guests, and provide useful cooking tips that resonate with your audience. Additionally, sharing personal stories and experiences can help build a connection with potential customers.
To effectively recruit new team members during a showing, focus on sharing your personal journey with Pampered Chef and the benefits of being a consultant. Highlight the flexibility, earning potential, and community support that comes with the role. Encourage guests to ask questions and consider how the opportunity could fit into their lives. Providing informational materials and inviting them to a follow-up meeting can also help facilitate recruitment.
Engaging guests can be achieved through interactive cooking demonstrations, hands-on activities, and asking open-ended questions to encourage participation. Incorporating games or contests related to the products can also create excitement. Make sure to acknowledge each guest and tailor your approach based on their interests and needs, fostering a friendly and inclusive environment.
Following up with potential recruits is crucial for maintaining interest. Send a personalized thank-you message expressing appreciation for their attendance and reiterating key points about the opportunity. Offer to answer any questions they may have and invite them to a casual coffee chat or a virtual meeting to discuss the business further. Consistent follow-up demonstrates your commitment and helps build a relationship.
