I'd also like to thank ____ (host) for having us (small gift) Did anyone bring a friend (small gift)? Has anyone NOT been to a PC show before? Has anyone here hosted a PC show before? Was it easy? Did you get lots free? Before we get started with tonight's recipe, I'd like to go around the room and have you introduce yourselves and tell me your favorite PC product and what you use it for.
Then you can expand on their products if you like, or do that after your demo. Then explain the catalogue, order form etc and either do the specials and booking/recruiting then and head on into your demo, or just finish with the order forms and catalogue, do your demo, and then do your booking and recruiting through out it.
Hope that helps some,
The first step to starting a Pampered Chef show is to choose a date and time that works for you and your guests. Once you have a date, you can begin inviting friends, family, and potential customers to join the show. Make sure to communicate the benefits of attending, such as trying new recipes and learning about kitchen tools.
Overcoming the fear of hosting a show can be achieved by preparing thoroughly. Familiarize yourself with the products and recipes you plan to showcase. Practice your presentation and engage with friends or family to build confidence. Remember that everyone at the show is there to support you and have fun!
If you feel unprepared on the day of the show, take a deep breath and remind yourself that it’s okay to be nervous. Focus on the experience rather than perfection. Have a backup plan for recipes or demonstrations in case something doesn’t go as expected. Engage your guests in conversation and encourage them to share their experiences with the products.
Encouraging your guests to book their own shows can be done by sharing your excitement about the benefits of hosting. Highlight the rewards they can earn, such as free products and discounts. Offer incentives for booking a show during your event, and share personal stories of successful shows to inspire them.
There are numerous resources available to help you get started with your Pampered Chef show. Utilize the official Pampered Chef website for training materials, recipes, and product information.
