Can someone return PC items based on the fact that they may not like the item? Or does the item have to be defective or broken for a return?:confused:
 
I think so - this is what it states on the receipt:
If you are not completely satisfied with a non consumable product within 1 year from the date of purchase, contact our solution center. Upon return of product with original sales receipt (at your expense), we will refund, replace or exchange the item...blah blah blah. If you want to find out FOR SURE, I would contact the Solution Center. I can't imagine that someone wouldn't like what they got. I'm curious...what did this person order that they don't like?
 
AND - if I'm not correct, we'l find out from others on here! This place is great, isn't it? SO much knowledge and information!

My host said she was just checking in case her folks don't like something. I'm in California and my host is in Michigan so this was a catalogue show (guests did not see items at a live show). So far everyone is very pleased w/their products. My host is especially happy w/her Trifle Bowl. She'll be hosting another catalogue show soon. I'm working on her as a recruit....crossing my fingers. Thanks for the info!

Yes, they can return something if they don't like it or it's not what they thought. I had that happen recently with Prep Bowls. She thought they were bigger. Speaking of which, I don't think that I got a check from PC for them!!
 
PS...it's best if they decide within the first 30 days so that s/h is paid for by PC.

Yes, they can return items for ANY reason within the first year! (Now, where else can you use something for a year and then take it back cuz you don't like it?!?!)

I tell this story at my shows: my pastor's wife bought the USG from me. She really liked it, but just didn't find herself using it enough to justify the expense of it. So, about 11 months later, she sent it back and got something else!

I always tell my guests to be sure and open up their products and use them as soon as they recieve them so they can make sure they are in working order and that they like them. That way, if there is a problem, PC will pay to return the item as long as it's within the first 30 days. After that first 30 days and UP TO ONE YEAR LATER they can pay to ship them back and return them for ANY reason!

Sometimes knowing that they have a year can help someone decide to go ahead with a rather large purchase (cookware, knives, ss bowls, etc.) cuz they know they have an "out" if they don't think they are worth the $$.

This company rocks!

If someone returns a single item, it does not affect your commission. However, if they placed an individual order and return the entire thing, then you will be charged back the commssion (but your career sales total isn't affected).
