fruit76loop said:or your recruiter or Director be training your new recruits? This is a really big deal, especially since you just started your business! It is hard to train someone when you don't know the business yourself! I would ask your upline for help. My team members all know that I will train their first and second recruits with them observing. For their next 3-4 recruits, they do the training while I observe to help. Some people are ready to train their own people after the first two!
Your Director will also be able to get you a training book called training super starters! This is what I use to train everyone! It gives you everything you will need!
Hope this helps all of you!![]()

Highlight the flexibility of the business, the potential for income, and the community support available. Share success stories from current consultants and emphasize the quality of the products. Make sure to discuss the training and resources provided by Pampered Chef that can help new members succeed.
Your recruiting pitch should include a brief introduction about yourself, your journey with Pampered Chef, and the reasons why you love being a consultant. Discuss the benefits of joining, such as earning potential, personal growth, and the ability to work from home. Be sure to invite questions and provide clear next steps for those interested in joining.
After your initial conversation, follow up with potential recruits within a few days. Send a friendly message thanking them for their interest and offering to answer any additional questions. You can also share more information about upcoming training sessions or events that they might find helpful. Keep the communication open and supportive.
Common objections include concerns about time commitment, financial investment, and fear of sales. Address these by explaining the flexibility of the business model and the low start-up costs. Reassure them that they can work at their own pace and that support is available. Share testimonials from others who have successfully balanced their Pampered Chef business with other responsibilities.
