My host this Sunday works at a sleep clinic, on the night shift. I made a commitment to "ask everyone" and pay special attention to my hosts.

Do any of you work the night shift on a regular basis or know a consultant who does? How is it managed - what could I say to her to make PC seem realistic or pique her interest?

Thanks!

She could do lunch time shows at offices for other people who don't have time in the evening to do anything.

Depending upon what time she has to be to the clinic, she could do a show before work. Just the opposite of those who do them after work. :)

I work the night shift and I am actually there right now! I have found it to be a bit difficult as most host cant seem to understand why you never seem to return their calls until the evening. Or you can only do a show on the weekend or between 4 and 6 on weekedays. But hey, I have to sleep sometime, right?:indif::indif::indif:

I worked the night shift (11p-7a) for many, many years and this business would have been perfect with that. I missed hardly anything. I was room mother, President of PTO, involved in a ton of things. This business would have been perfect with that. I would normally sleep during the day but if there was something I wanted to do I just adjusted. Not sure I could do that anymore though.
