At the bridal show yesterday they did a bingo game so all the bride's had to go to all vendors. SO many people were unfamiliar with the business that along with the registry and sweepstakes I started promoting the business opportunity and ended up with 9 maybe's and 7 replied yes. WOW!

Problem is now that I am not sure who I gave DVD's to already.

I am going to talk to my director about doing a possible opportunity night in that area. Perhaps a Q & A session with refreshments and a product display.

This was the best of the 3 bridal shows I had done. I signed a consultant from the last bridal show.

Kathy that is awesome! An opportunity night would be a great way to reach out to everyone. You could even do an incentive saying anyone who signs tonight and qualifies in their first 30 days receives $xx back or xx product... I'm sure that would get people there; especially people that you have only met once and don't have that strong personal connection with yet! Good luck! Keep us posted!

Way to go Kathy. One of my recruits was from a bridal show.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I prepare before attending a bridal show to recruit potential team members?

Before attending a bridal show, it's essential to prepare your materials, including brochures, business cards, and information about the Pampered Chef opportunity. Consider creating a visually appealing display that showcases your products and the benefits of joining your team. Additionally, prepare a brief pitch about the advantages of being a Pampered Chef consultant, such as flexibility, earning potential, and community support.

How can I effectively engage with brides at the bridal show?

To engage effectively with brides, start by asking open-ended questions about their wedding plans and cooking interests. Listen actively and share how Pampered Chef products can enhance their cooking experience. Use relatable examples and personal stories to connect with them. Offering a fun cooking demonstration can also attract attention and create a memorable experience.

What incentives can I offer to brides who show interest in joining my team?

Consider offering incentives such as a discount on their first order, a free product, or exclusive access to team training events. You could also create a special promotion for bridal show attendees, such as a chance to win a Pampered Chef gift basket if they sign up during the event. Highlighting the benefits of joining your team, such as earning income while planning their wedding, can also be a strong incentive.

How do I follow up with potential recruits after the bridal show?

After the bridal show, follow up with potential recruits by sending a personalized email or message thanking them for visiting your booth. Include any additional information they requested and invite them to a casual meet-up or an online session to discuss the opportunity further. Maintaining a friendly and approachable tone will help keep the conversation going and encourage them to consider joining your team.

What are the common objections I might face from brides about joining Pampered Chef?

Common objections may include concerns about time commitment, financial investment, or lack of experience. Address these by emphasizing the flexibility of the business, the low start-up costs, and the comprehensive training and support provided. Share success stories from other consultants to illustrate that anyone can succeed with dedication and the right resources.
