Has anyone done a brunch themed show? Any ideas on what to make for one? We are having mimosa's...I know that for sure! If I had the pitcher I could justify that, but I haven't invested yet.

Re: BrunchHam and Cheese Brunch Squares!

I do these 2-3 times a month for brunch shows - it's a guest favorite!

It's in the F/W 2007 one I know...maybe in some others.
It's also in the Theme Show files on Consultant's Corner under the Real Food Real Fast Theme.

Re: BrunchYW;)

Have fun with your Brunch Show - they are my favorites! I often tell my DH that I wish I could do 3 Brunch Shows a week!:D

Re: BrunchI also do the Ham and Cheese Omelet Roll for brunch shows. It's consumed in minutes and is an impressive winner every time! Google the recipe unless you have a copy of PC's Main Dishes.

Re: BrunchAlso, Bountiful Brunch Breakfast Pizza - hash browns as the base, omelet on the top, grated cheese, yummy!
