Can Parchment Paper Be Reused When Baking Cookies?

In summary, parchment paper is a coated kitchen paper that is used as a non-stick surface for cooking and baking. It is safe to use in the oven up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, but should not be exposed to flames or placed directly on the heating element. It can be reused depending on the type of food it was used for, and it can also be used as a liner in the microwave for shorter periods of time. It is not interchangeable with wax paper, which is coated with paraffin wax and should not be used in the oven.

Does anyone know if you can re0use a sheet of parchemnt paper when you're baking cookies?

I'm planning to make Gingerbread Cookies with my son this weekend and the recipe says to refrigerate the cookies for 10-15 minutes once you've cut them out. Prior to having all this great PC stoneware I always used my air bake pans and just popped them into the fridge with the gingerbread men on them then into the oven. I was thinking that this year I'd put them on the parchment and then slide the parchment onto the baking stone when it was time to put it in the oven. Any thoughts?

I have reused parchment with no problems.
