tons of information on this thread, maybe soemthing your looking for

Thanks, cwinter, that thread WAS very useful. I have one question, though (I think everything else was pretty well answered in the thread). One person mentioned returning in about an hour 'after completing her errands.' Another said she returned a week later. What do most people do? Do you find giving several days generates more orders, or a very brief period of time, to put a little pressure on?

Thanks again, everyone. I was nervous about even considering pampering a business, but now I think I'll bring some german chocolate cake bites to my son's eye appointment this afternoon!!

I've been doing this for some time now...I've found that if I tell them I will be back in a a few hours, they don't have time to collect orders. But if I tell them I will be back in 1 week...they forget.I've started to go back the next day and check in...at that time I suggest an office party or someone booking a show. For instance: I go in Monday morning with a 12-min cake, one recipe and one catalog. Hand it to the receptionist and tell her that I'm here to pamper her and her coworkers...I give her a very short briefing of who and why I'm there...and then let her know that I will be back tomorrow to check in with her. Then I go back in tuesday and ask how the cake was. From her answer I tell her that I would LOVE for her to get that stone for free by hosting a show or I could come durning lunch and make a great____recipe...so on and so on.
