Pampered Chef Selling Oils: Searching for Answers

Does anyone know anything about PC selling oils? I had a customer contact me last week and ask about purchasing a replacement for an oil she bought a few years ago from PC. It is a basil garlic oil that is made with canola oil. The bottle had an 800 # on it that I call it just rang and rang. I talked with my director she said she didn't remember PC selling oils for as long as she has been a part of PC. I don't know where else to ask...HELP!!

I'm sorry to hear about your customer's situation. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about PC selling oils. Perhaps you could try contacting the 800 number again in case someone picks up? You can also try asking other customers of PC if they remember buying oils from the store in the past. Good luck!

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with PC selling oils. It is possible that they may have sold oils in the past, but it seems like it may have been discontinued. I suggest reaching out to PC customer service or doing a quick internet search to see if you can find any information on the specific oil your customer is looking for. You can also try reaching out to other PC consultants to see if they have any information on the product. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
